On the morning of April 4, 2018, in order to deeply understand and master the development of the military-civilian integration industry in our city, and further clarify the development ideas of the military-civilian integration industry in our city, the research team of the topic "Research on the Development Path of the Military-Civil Integration Industry in Lishui City" carried out a special investigation.

The research team has successively investigated four enterprises in our city, including Guojing Pharmaceutical, Fanghong Air Conditioner, Xinjin Air Conditioner and Weilin Machinery, and thoroughly understood the basic situation of enterprise production and operation, the construction of enterprise technology innovation institution system, the development direction of core technology advantages, products and technology innovation, the distribution of the enterprise's industrial chain and the approximate proportion of its affiliated enterprises in Lishui City and Zhejiang Province, This paper analyzes the internal and external constraints of the current "civilian participation in the military" of enterprises in our city, and puts forward suggestions on the planning assumption, technology research and development, strategic cooperation, development strategy and other plans of the next step of "civilian participation in the military" of enterprises in our city.
